במהלך ההכנות שלי לקראת מפגש נוסף של קבוצת יזמות ומנהיגות נתקלתי בהרצאה הזו של Simon Sinek מ2014 והתרגשתי עד מאוד (כמו לפני מס' שנים כאשר ראיתי אותה לראשונה).

האמת הפשוטה הזו של המנהיגות האמתית האותנטית "הפשוטה" הזו - שנוגעת שוב ושוב באמצעות הדוגמאות הבסיסיות אותן הוא מציג. האם את.ה כמנהיג.ה מוכנים להקריב את הנוחות, הקידום, היוקרה ועוד שלכם למען העובדים שלכם? האנשים שעובדים עבורכם ומקריבים עבורכם יום יום, האם גם אתם (המנהיגים/ בעלי העסקים/המנהלים) עושים זאת עבורם? עושים הכל כדי שהם ימשיכו לחוש את האמון והביטחון שהם נותנים לכם?

שאלות רבות אלו ואחרות עולות בראשי כל העת לאורך כל חיי כקצינה, כמנהלת, כיועצת, כמרצה וכאמא ובת זוג. והיום יותר מתמיד כמנחה של קבוצת מנהיגות ויזמות, כאדם המעוניין להקנות ערכים אלו ואחרים לקבוצה צעירה, ערכית ונלהבת כמו זו. ממליצה בחום רב לראות, ההרצאה הזו - היא קצרה ומעוררת מחשבה.

ואני בעיקר ממליצה (למעוניינים) לחשוב היכן אנו באמת מנהיגים את החיים שאנו רוצים? האם אנו מנחילים באמת את הערכים הללו של אמון וביטחון בקרב אלו שאנו אחראים עליהם ונותנים בנו אמון יום יום, שעה שעה.

Leadership today more than ever!

During my preparations for another entrepreneurship and leadership group meeting, i came across this Simon Sinek lecture from 2014. The simple truth that Simon Sinek talks about in his lecture this "true" authentic true leadership. Are you, as a leader, willing to sacrifice your comfort, promotion, prestige and more for the sake of your employees? the people who work for you and sacrifice for you daily, Do you (the leaders / business owners / managers) do it for them as well? These and many other questions come to my head throughout my life as an officer, as a manager, as a consultant, as a lecturer and mother and spouse. And today more than ever as a leader of a leadership and entrepreneurship group, as a person who wants to instill these values and others to a young, value and passionate group like this. I highly recommend watching this thought-provoking lecture.
